I personally have struggled to run, my body has been incredibly sore and I found that de-motivating, however I have focused on still moving my body through walks with Dudley just while my body heals! This week I’m gonna try and get back to the gym and get a good sesh in just to re-motivate myself. I also find you all as a team motivating so I think I might post more in here when I do excersise! Hehe <3
