We all have masculine and feminine energy within us.
Learning how to embrace your masculine energy can be key to achieving success.
Sooo... What does it mean to be masculine? For some, it might conjure up images of strong, overbearing men who always have to be in control. But masculinity is so much more than that.
True Masculine energy is typically associated with strength, assertiveness,
and confidence, while feminine energy is often associated with creativity, intuition, and sensitivity.
In this video Taz speaks about some times in her life where she stepped into her
masculine and it helped her to get the outcome she needed.
Key Takeaways:
1. Be able to identify when you are in your masculine or feminine
If you are embodying the following, it’s likely that you are in your ‘masculine’:
You are feeling assertive
You are feeling determined
You are feeling action orientated
You are open to some risk taking
You are feeling strong (mentally & physically)
If you are embodying the below, it’s likely that you are in your ‘feminine’:
You are feeling nurturing & soft
You are feeling grounded
You are trusting your intuition
You are open to going with the flow of life
You are feeling creative and playful
2. Don’t be scared to step into your masculine energy
There are toxic traits for everything, but that doesn't mean you need to take those on when stepping into your masculine. For example, the toxic expression of ‘assertiveness’ is ‘aggression’. It's not about being aggressive or domineering, but rather having a sense of purpose and direction
3. Balance is key! Don’t stay in just one energy, switch it up!
Masculine energy is characterised by DOING whereas feminine energy is all about BEING. It is important to embrace both so we can feel joy and fulfilment about life.
Comment below with a time in your life that you stepped into your masculine and things worked out!
I definitely stepped into my masculine working at my previous job. I found when I manage, I have to be ON, I have to know everything going on on the floor, I have to be assertive and direct, I have to take action. I definitely love the feeling however I LOVEEE being in my feminine 😂🥰 So balance is always good!
