When we created this App we wanted to make sure everyone could be apart of the team no matter what; so you do not need to pay to use the App. It is free to download & you can access many features as soon as you login 🤩 There is an option for a paid membership which gives you access to exclusive events, behind the scenes content and more. Badges represent different access levels & achievements and can be earned in different ways (see image below). Most of the badges don't have a function, they are there to display like a trophy 🏆. Some are temporary and others will stay on your profile forever. The two badges that allow you to do more within the App is the 'Team Mate' & 'Lifetime Member' badge. Think of these badges like an 'All Access Pass' 🎟 which will stay on your profile as long as your membership is active. When you have this badge on your profile you will be able to attend monthly events, private livestreams, obtain voting power, and view camera roll & bloopers content. You can purchase a 'Team Mate' or 'Lifetime Member' badge by visiting our membership page

Yeeehaw, we love events 🤠 Every month you get access to 1 event & 1 private livestream. Events are interactive & usually involve your paritcipation in some way. Private livestreams are a little different, even though it's still interactive - Taz & Alessia will be doing most of the talking here. Focused on one topic, Taz & Alessia deep dive & share stories/tips/advice about a particular area of interest. You can submit questions or your own personal stories in advance. Make sure you reserve your spot for the next event! calendar

It's important to remember that even though you may register for an event in advance, if your subscription is not active during the time of the event you will not be allowed in. So if you want to attend private livestreams & events, make sure your subscription is up to date to avoid missing out!

It's time to spice up your profile! 🌶 First, login and click the picture icon in the top left corner of the app. Click the button that says 'Edit profile' to start customizing your profile. You can change & edit: - Your profile picture* - Profile name* - About me section* (you can add text & photos too 🤩) - Social links* *this is public to other app users unless you make your profile private You can also update the 'overview' section with more details and choose exactly what you want to be seen by the public by clicking on the lock/world icon whilst in edit mode. We reccomend keeping your email, phone number & if you are a minor, keep your birthday private. Your profile will also show events that you have RSVP'd to & badges you hold

Even though I'm vegan, bugs do annoy me 🐛 Sometimes App features can glitch due to bugs. Some other reasons could be - limited storage space on your device, a bad internet connection or just some bad luck. We regularly update the App and clean out pesky bugs so first go to the App store to see if there are any updates. You can try resetting your phone too if that doesn't work. If the bugs keep buggin' you, then definately let us know. If you can send us a screenshot of the issue that is always helpful too 🙌🏼 We can be contacted through live chat, Instagram DM's & Email 👍
