Question: How do I start manifesting?
Answer: Firstly it's good to know that we are manifesting every single day without conscious effort. Our thoughts shape what comes into our reality. Therefore, if we have a positive mindset then we're mostly manifesting positive things into our life. This is why it's important for us to have a positive mindset and outlook on life.
Secondly, there is more than one method that can help you begin manifesting; so we'll go through a couple.
3,6,9 method: Write out what the subject is 3 times, write out your intention with the subject 6 times and then write out the action that needs to happen in order to achieve what you want to happen. This all needs to be written in present tense.
For example: Say you really want to manifest a pay raise this is how you would write it out..
Subject: "Money" x3
Intention: "I received a $5 dollar pay raise" x6
Action Needed: "My manager noticed I am working hard and offered me a pay rise"
Setting intentions method: Setting intentions is one that we use the most often. It includes visualising what you want, feeling all the emotions you would feel as if you already had what you're manifesting and then writing it down like you already have it.
I have happiness
I have calm
I have clarity
Abundance always flows to me
I have a Tesla
My manifesting is strong
My relationship with my family is healthy and strong
My immune system is strong and my body can fight off any sickness
It is important when manifesting to never use the word "want". This is because "wanting" signals to the universe that you feel like you're lacking, and being in a lack mindset will prevent the manifesting from coming to fruition.
