This week, Helen reminds us to "kiss your bills". Now what does this mean? Why would we kiss our bills Helen? They're taking from me! Well not quite, she says!
We all know that bills and the more mundane tasks of life can be a pain. They're inevitable, always coming in, and it feels like we're never able to get ahead. But what if we changed our perspective ? What if instead of seeing them as a nuisance, we started showing gratitude for them?
Think about it this way: Every bill is a sign that we have a roof over our heads, food on the table, and clothes on our backs.
"But what if I don't have bills?" Then you might have homework, or a HEX payment, or your taxes, or to get to work at a certain time. This analogy can be applied to many of life's daily activities and responsibilities we have!

Find a "bill", and list 3 reasons how this bill positively impacts your life. E.g. My water bill allows me to shower, water my garden and always have clean water to drink.
Think about what your life would be like without this "bill" E.g. Without my phone bill, I wouldn't be able to connect with my friends and family, I would always need to go searching for free Wi-Fi and I would get lost all the time trying to navigate my way without a map!
