Get to the gym!

We all go through phases where we are feeling really motivated, but sometimes it doesn’t come as naturally… sometimes we need to SPARK ourselves into action!

During Melbourne’s first two lockdowns I got super fit, but then the last lockdown killed me, I hardly exercised and ate a lot of churros 😅.

No regrets, but now it’s time to start prioritising my health again!

I hope you guys can come on this journey with me and we can all take care of our body together. Let’s get outside for a walk, hit the gym and do some weights or book into a class to really break a sweat.
