Get to the gym!

I just did the gym session
and it was a pretty light sesh,

but at least I got there, you know,
at least so I still made the effort.

I'm trying to keep that momentum, build
good habits,

and even on the days
that you don't feel like working out,

it's important to still make an effort,

just starting to get back into my health
and fitness journey.

I went through a stage where I was feeling
very physically fit during COVID,

think the third lockdown
really just took it out of me.

We all go through phases where we are feeling really motivated, but sometimes it doesn’t come as naturally… sometimes we need to SPARK ourselves into action!
During Melbourne’s first two lockdowns I got super fit, but then the last lockdown killed me, I hardly exercised and ate a lot of churros 😅.
No regrets, but now it’s time to start prioritising my health again!
I hope you guys can come on this journey with me and we can all take care of our body together. Let’s get outside for a walk, hit the gym and do some weights or book into a class to really break a sweat.
